Welcome + Contact

We teach what we have to learn…

Hi friends, my name is Rob Hamilton.  I use to be angry, depressed and 260lbs.
Not any more… (mostly :) ).
No diets, no exercise, I found something better…

I want to share the ways in which I am finding freedom inside. Freedom from compulsive eating, painful negative emotions and feeling lonely even when surrounded by loving friends and family.  Can you relate?

  • Do you know your feelings and emotions are highly valuable and important but often feel overpowered by them? (or can’t feel them at all?)
  • Do you know that there is nothing wrong with you and that who you are AND how you are, are custom design by you and God to serve a purpose in this life?
  • Do your feelings and heart connection make you radiate life force energy to the 4 corners of the earth, bring a tear to your eye, a shiver up your spine and the knowing that you are loved and held by something bigger than your body?
  • Do you want control and mastery so you can maintain your radiant heart connection and consistently benefit from that well being and wisdom, regardless of life circumstance?

Welcome.  You are in good company. Let’s do good things together.

I am here to plant the flag and raise the call to those who want to cultivate a more intimate and useful relationship with one of the most powerful forces in all of Life, our feelings.  To me, the power of our feelings is one area we understand the least about, yet holds the most potential to transform our lives.

This blog is an evolving work in progress.  Nothing is set in stone, I am no expert and I don’t even know if Peace Can Be is the accurate title or that I even like the look of it.  How it will develop and where it will lead will be shaped, in part, by your comments and suggestions.  They are important.

As a side effect, I hope this “incomplete blog” will inspire you to express your essential knowing even if you have not “perfected” it yet.  Just start!  My friend Joe Sabah says “You don’t have to be good to start, you just have to start to be good.”  If this message resonates with please join in.

Leave comments, ask questions, share yourself, share the content and be involved as much as you feel called.

If you would like more connection and receive free updates, please let me know:

I am so glad you are here!
Peace Can Be,
Rob
